Clan Name: The Clan you wish to wage a war against
Date: The day. If you haven't decided, then don't fill this in.
Format: Will it be a 3v3 duel? Or a 1v1, best versus best duel? Please state here.
This isn't really nessesary but it makes stuff easier to read. And if it's easier to read it's more likely to get approved.
P.S. Don't post any Clan Wars if the opposing Clan has not enough members or your own Clan has not enough members.
