Naga Town: Asgarnia

Asgarnia

Description/history: 300 years ago, the lost city of Asgarnia was plunged deep into the sea by illidan for not successfully winning the war with the night elves, to be forgotten. They were once illidans favored, always the first to charge, the first to follow illidan. Until they lost the war, and he was recaptured, but as a last show of power, he plunged their island into the deep, and binding them all to it.
It took the elven mage, Malfurion, 10 years to realize that they meant no more harm to the races of the world, and he gathered all his apprentices and followers to undo the dark magic of illidan. It took them 10 years to undo the binding magic, for it was the dark magic of the Mal’kurak, magic in which illidan learned from the Kurak’s, one of illidans long extinct following races. But finally, the dark magic was undone, and the Asgarnians were free to live and travel among the land. But still, the corrupted night elves of the forest watch them, and wait for the time to strike.

This is probably a lvl 600+ Town =p

Overall seems ok. But there is no way to put 0.1% chance to Bash/Crit. Lowest is 1%. Critial could use a higher % since it isn't as game breaking as Bash.

Ok, I'll change that to 1%.

IIRC, for Bash and Crit, chances are rounded up/down to the nearest 5%, so 1% = 0%.

They are rounded to 5%? I never knew that.
